Getting Started

Fill out our New Customer Application. We'll verify your license and contact you within 1-2 business days to finalize the account. You can also call us at (217) 621-0093 to get started over the phone.
Yes. Illinois law requires a valid state liquor license for wholesale alcohol purchases. We verify every license before approving an account. If you're applying for a license and haven't received it yet, go ahead and submit your application - we can finalize once it comes through.

For non-alcohol items (glassware, mixers, disposables, coffee supplies), no license is needed.
No. We're a wholesale distributor and sell exclusively to licensed businesses - bars, restaurants, retailers, coffee shops, and event venues.
As early as you'd like! We can help you plan your initial order, advise on what sells well in this market, and be ready to deliver as soon as you have your license and a confirmed open date. Many new businesses reach out 4-8 weeks before opening.

For the fastest turnaround, please submit orders at least 2 business days before your preferred delivery date.
Our standard minimum for delivery is $150. This helps us keep delivery costs manageable so we can continue offering competitive pricing. For questions about your specific situation, give us a call - we're happy to work with you.
Usually, yes. We have relationships with a wide network of suppliers. If there's a specific brand or product you need, let us know and we'll do our best to source it. Special orders may have different minimums or lead times.
Absolutely. We carry over 8,500 products including mixers, sodas, juices, syrups, glassware, bar equipment, cleaning supplies, disposables, coffee shop supplies, and more. You can see a full breakdown on our Products page.

Delivery

We serve the greater Champaign-Urbana metropolitan area, including Champaign, Urbana, Sidney, Savoy, Mahomet, Rantoul, St. Joseph, Tolono, Philo, and surrounding communities. If you're unsure whether you're in our delivery area, just ask.
Our regular delivery days are Tuesday & Thursday. Orders should be placed at least 2 business days in advance. We do our best to accommodate urgent requests when possible.

Payment & Billing

We accept check, cash on delivery, and bank transfer. Credit terms (Net 30 for approved accounts) are available for established accounts with approved credit. We'll discuss payment options when setting up your account.
Yes. Approved accounts can receive Net 30 for approved accounts. New accounts typically start COD and can apply for credit terms after establishing a reliable order history (usually 60-90 days).
If a product arrives damaged or there's an error in your order, contact us within 48 hours and we'll make it right - either a replacement or credit on your next order. We do not accept returns on correctly filled orders due to state regulations on alcohol distribution.
